There are regular buses during the day and a plentiful supply of reasonably priced taxis. There is something for everyone in the beautiful surrounding area. Fell Walking and Water-based activities are very popular, but the Lake District is equally suitable for visitors who just want a peaceful break. Please ask if you have any special requests. Kays Cottage is a totally NON SMOKING guest house, and we take this policy very seriously. Car parking is available on the street opposite Kays Cottage within the dotted white lines, where there is no time restriction or charge. Opposite the house there is a pay & display car park, the charge ranges from £1.20 for 1 hour to £6.00 for 24 hours. Disabled drivers and motor bikes may park free of charge. |
