No Smoking
Our guest
house is completely non smoking and we take this policy very seriously.
Please do not make a reservation if you wish to smoke on the premises.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to inform our guests in advance of
charges that will apply should their plans change and
their booking needs to be cancelled.
Insurance is available to cover such costs. Please enquire when you make
your booking.
All guests will be requested to provide credit card details at the time
of making a reservation.

Within 7 days of the
booking arrival date - the value of the first day of the
booking

Within 48 hours of
the booking arrival date - the value of the first two days of the
booking

Non-arrivals will be
charged at the full value of the booking

If a cancelled room
is successfully re-let, no charges will be applied
Guests are advised to
inform us immediately of any changes to their itinerary.
Any cancellation within 7 days of the booking
arrival date will incur a charge.
Single
Occupancy Policy
Please note
that we do not have any single rooms. Sometimes we may have double rooms
available for single use. This is dependant on occupancy and season.
Single occupancy of a double room carries a supplement. Please contact
us to discuss availability.
Children and Young People
We do not have facilities to
accommodate children under the age of 5 years. Young people sharing a
room with 1 adult are charged the full adult price. Please see details
of our rooms for the rates applicable to children and young people
sharing a room with 2 adults. |
