Directions to Kays Cottage How to find us Directions By Road Leave the M6 motorway at junction 36 and follow the A590/A591 to Windermere. When you reach Windermere turn left opposite the 'Windermere Hotel' into the village. Follow the one way system; at the end of the village take the first turning on the left after the pelican crossing into 'Broad Street'. Kays cottage is on your left, Parking is on the road, or opposite there is a car park. TRAVEL INFORMATION By Rail Windermere Station, is on
a branch line from the main west coast line station at Oxenholme where
there are regular trains to the north and south. There are also direct
trains to and from Manchester Airport, we are within walking distance of
the station.
There is a coach service
to Windermere from the north & south. From both the coach stop and rail station turn left towards 'Booths' supermarket, at the Tourist Information office turn left. Follow the one way system, at the end of the village past the pelican crossing take the first turning on the left into 'Broad Street'. Kays Cottage is the first house on the left.
